Focus 21 Creations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our content or services. This includes but is not limited to any adverse physical or psychological effects experienced while using our audio content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

These tools operate under the terms of those platforms' developer agreements. No user data from any third-party platform is collected, stored, or shared beyond what is required for content publishing.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
